PRODUCTS RETURNS
Products can be returned within 30 days after delivery. If you do not like the product, it doesn't fit you or you have another reason for the return, please fill out the following form. Products can only be returned unused and in the original packaging with the invoice you received from us. Products can only be tested at home. Any indication of use or incomplete packaging may be a reason to reject the return. If the above conditions are met, the product will be exchanged for a new one or you will receive a refund in the same manner in which the payment was made. This will be done within 14 days after its inspection by us.

CLAIMS
The warranty period for Steel boots is 24 months.. The warranty period and the product lifespan are different terms. Product lifespan is determined, inter alia, by the manner and intensity of use and may not be identical to the warranty period. For example, with intensive use, footwear wears out faster thanwith occasional use – in this case, the lifespan of the sole and thus the shoe is shorter than the warranty period. Also, insufficient maintenance or improper use significantly reduce its lifespan.
If you find a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please send a photo of the defect using the form or via e-mail. If the manufacturing defect is evident, we will expressly pick up the product at our expense and save you time. For a quick and direct resolution of your claim, it is necessary to fill out the online claims form. After completing the form, we will contact you and personally resolve the claim.
