Returns and Claims of Steel Boots
Do you need to exchange or return items?
If you have any issues with your order, we are here to help. Simply follow these steps:
Identification
Provide the Full Name used for the order and the same e-mail address. Please have your Order Number ready (not the invoice number).
Request Type
Select whether you want an exchange (different size/color), a warranty claim (defect), or a refund.
Reason & Description
Give us more details: which size you need for exchange, why you are returning, or what exactly is wrong with the shoes.
Photo Documentation
In case of a warranty claim (defect), it is necessary to upload photos of the damaged area directly into the form.
What happens after submission?
Once we receive and review your request, we will inform you via email within 48 hours about the next steps and instructions on how to ship the goods back to us.
